Referee fixtures

GET/v2/referees/{id}/fixturesAll plans

A page of the matches the referee officiated (recent) or is appointed to (upcoming) — the same list rule as team fixtures.

upcoming = not started, soonest first; recent = in play, finished or called off, newest first. A known referee without an appointment answers 200 with an empty array.
