The source’s own pick of a sport’s popular leagues for a visitor’s country, in its order — the home country’s leagues and the big international competitions first. Made for a “top leagues” menu.

Race sports and MMA have no list (an empty array). To sort any other list of leagues, use LeagueRef.priority where it is set.
